• You will be able to place, edit or remove your own ad.

• You will need to register to place an ad -- but it is a short process (and free).

• Your ad would run for 4 months unless you remove it.

• Our administrator will monitor the ads to be sure that the content is gym sports related and correctly categorized. We cannot determine any given ad is fraudulent or not, though. So still - beware. We are only watching for non-compatible content and other abuses.

• You can now place up to 7 photos if you like (jpg or gif  format  < 500 x 500 pixels).-- That's a pretty good size - about half most page widths. Remember that the internet can only display at 75 dpi.

• Ads will be searchable. Just plug in what you are looking for and all matches (regardless of region) will appear.

• You will even be able to easily setup RSS feeds that lets you know by email if a product if a product you are looking for is offered in an ad.

• We will be using 8 regions in the categories in US, that we have used in the past, plus two Canadian regions. We strongly suggest you deal locally if possible. 

• You may post your ad in up to 2 categories or regions.  But be careful, if it only applies to one category, just post in that one category. Abuse of this may result in your ad getting eliminated by the editor.

• We are now merging the Personnel Department with the Classifieds. So you may want to check both the new and the old versions of it until the old one is removed.

The Rules:

• This department is designed as a person-to-person forum. Commercial website links will be allowed, but please confine them to your home region unless you are a sponsor of this site. (You can find the sponsors in the Gym Marketplace.)

• Please keep your ad brief. Mention the location (city and state) where the equipment, or job, or you are - whichever would be useful to the reader.

• Editor may eliminate your ad if it is placed in an inappropriate category.

• Please list in your home region or one that is immediately adjacent only. Searches sweep the entire site -- Don't worry, your ad will be found. Only sponsoring dealers are allowed to post in any region.

• If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian place the ad.

• If the editor rejects your ad, you won't be notified as to the reasoning. The reason is likely listed here.
