LYRICAL RnB HIPHOP CHOREOGRAPHER OFFERS
Good morning, I am 4Gintellect a Certify Lyrical RnB / HipHop
choreographer, Convention Presenter, Instructor and Competition Coach and
wish to provide my services which is teaching Workshop, Summerschool,
Conventions or Weekly classes etc. etc.

on my own HipHop Tours and Choreograph for Carribean, American and Dutch

Gymnastics Director
I am seeking a Gymnastics Facility Director position whereby
my experience, skills and personality can be of benefit.
I have been the head Director of 3 gyms over the last 8 years, the first was
an established facility with over 1200 students, the second I was contracted
to start the program, and the 3rd was also a start up. The latter two
gained very quickly in enrollment and continue to grow to this day. I
am creatively aggressive with marketing and establishing name recognition and
have excellent management and supervisory skills.
I have most recently coached up to Jr. Elite and the TOPS program, but that
is not my forte. I am also a boy's judge and will be taking my women's
judging certification in Jan. I am a USAG pro member certified for
men's, women's and trampoline and tumbling. I can also coach trampoline
as well. The highest level I have coached for that is level 9 and he
placed 4th at nationals. I have coached boys through level 6 and my 4's
recently won region 1. I can fill in coach, but my strong suit is
finding and keeping qualified coaches and staff.
I am one of those people that will remember everyone's name and something
about them to make them feel important. I am very customer service
oriented. I am very successful at creating and sustaining well
organized, high energy facilities that people want to be a part of. I
do not tolerate the politics and gym pettiness that plagues the industry.
I have created policies that keep those to a minimum. I do however get
along with just about every type of person from every walk of life. I
strongly believe that you can create great athletes while still maintaining a
positive self esteem and no brow beating. I have never allowed any sort
of emotional abuse of any students. Gymnastics should be fun even at
very high levels.

Have Experience
I am a very active person. I have done cheerleading,
gymnastics, and softball. I took gymnastics from ages 8-12 and then had an
injury. I am really good with kids and I know the health and safety

Looking for Opportunities in Coaching
Currently living in Australia, I have been coaching since 2002
(5 years) and have experience as a senior & head coach. Involved in
both recreational, junior development/pre team and competitive team programs,
I have experience coaching up to Level 3/4 on my own and Level 5/6 as an
assistant to the team coach.
I also have experience in the admin/management side of overseeing a program
(specifically WAG) including liaising with prospective/current families,
assessment and placement of children into classes and Talent Identification
and Development of 3-8 year olds.
I am currently interested in any available positions within Australia but
would strongly consider any position that became available internationally
(especially in the US or Canada).
Specific to America, I would very highly consider any club who provides great
education and mentorship to developing coaches (as I am very keen to learn)
and provides opportunities to pursue a pathway from recreational through to
compulsory, optionals and potentially elite. I am also very keen to
learn more about and eventually become involved with the Talent Opportunity
Program.

I have about 20 years experience in cheer. Through
